Spuke provides a technology platform for accessing financial products and services. Account, card, payment and currency exchange services accessible through the platform may be provided by licensed financial institutions and programme partners, not by Spuke directly.

Our relationship with licensed partners
Where a regulated service is involved, it is generally delivered under the terms and responsibility of the relevant licensed partner. Using such a service may mean agreeing to additional terms with that partner.

Eligibility and verification
Access to products is subject to eligibility criteria and identity or business verification. Applications may be declined or delayed based on the outcome of these checks.

Using the platform responsibly

Access to the platform or an underlying product may be suspended or terminated in line with the applicable terms, for example for suspected misuse, compliance reasons or at your request.
