Activities we don't allow
- Any illegal activity, or activity that facilitates illegal activity
- Fraud, deception or misrepresentation of identity or intent
- Attempts to breach applicable sanctions or trade restrictions
- Activity connected to prohibited or high-risk industries as defined by our partners
- Money laundering or the financing of illegal activity
- Circumventing verification, limits or compliance controls
Clause 02 / 05
Account misuse
Accounts are intended for use by the verified individual or business they belong to. Sharing credentials, using another person's account without authorisation, or operating multiple accounts to evade limits or reviews is not permitted.

Security testing and research
If you believe you've found a security issue, please do not attempt to access data that isn't yours or disrupt the platform. Instead, report it responsibly through our contact page so it can be investigated.

What can happen if these rules are broken
- Restriction, suspension or closure of the affected account
- Reporting to relevant authorities where required by law
- Cooperation with licensed partners on any related investigation
- Recovery of any losses where legally permitted
